
Are the MerLady Box subscriptions still available?
We have closed all MerLady Box subscriptions. We are honoring our 3-6 month pre-paid subscriptions but no new subscribers will be accepted at this time. Jewels of the Sea subscriptions will remain open. Please see our Gift Box page to purchase you mermaid treasures.

When will the July/August MerLady Box subscriptions ship?
All purchases from June 13th - August 15th will count towards the August Box. Due to the warehouse leak, there will be no boxes shipping for the month of July and a slight delay on the August shipment.

When are the MerLady Boxes shipped?
We ship the MerLady Boxes around the 20th of every month and the Jewels of the Sea subscriptions around the 1st of the month. If you'd like to know if you made this month's deadline, you can email us anytime at support@merladybox.com

How does the Jewels of the Sea subscription work? When will it ship?
So you've decided to give yourself the gift you deserve, or to delight a loved one with a box full of mermaid style happiness. Welcome to the MerLady family! We're so excited to have you! The MerLady Team will be handcrafting beautiful and unique mermaid/nautical themed jewelry for you every month. Subscriptions will ship on the 1st of the month and new subscribers will be accepted until the 25th of each month.
Ex: If you purchase your subscription on July 24th, you will receive the August subscription. If you purchase your subscription on the 26th, you will receive the September subscription because September subs are open from July 26th - August 25th and are shipped on September 1st.

When does my Jewels of the Sea subscription renew?
Starting in August, your Jewels of the Sea subscription will renew on the 15th of the month and ship on the 1st of the month.

When will my order ship?
If you purchased a gift box, jewelry or items from our shop (this includes all products except for subscriptions) your product will ship the following Saturday.

Where and how do we ship?
MerLady Box ships through USPS and delivers to all US States, territories and APO addresses. We also ship to all 180 countries that are currently serviced through USPS!
*All shipping within the US (inc. Alaska & Hawaii) should receive their boxes within 2-3 days of shipping
*APO addresses and countries outside of the US should allow 8-10 days for shipping
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not see your country listed as available via checkout, please make sure that you are using a computer and Google Chrome. Some countries will not show up on a mobile device.

Why does my tracking information say that the label was created but has not shipped yet?
This happens sometimes because packages are not always scanned in at USPS. We have seen packages that do not show tracking all the way up until the date that they are delivered. So far, the majority of these packages have ended up appearing within the request delivery times without an issue.
If you purchased First Class shipping and your order has not appeared after the USPS guarantee of 2 week shipping, please shoot us an email so that we can open an investigation at support@merladybox.com.
If you purchased Priority Mail and have not received your package after 5 business days of the shipping date, please shoot us an email so that we can open up an investigation using the email listed above.

How do cancellations work?
Our month to month subscriptions (including Jewels of the Sea) can be cancelled at any time, without any fees.

Once your box has shipped, you will not be able to cancel your box for that month. However, we are able to cancel your boxes for upcoming months.
3-6 Month Pre-Paid options can be purchased as a one time purchase or as a rolling subscription where you pay for 3-6 months at time rather than monthly.

If you purchase a pre-paid plan as a one time purchase, you will receive all boxes within the plan and will not be charged again

You will not be able to cancel boxes that have already been paid for on a pre-paid plan
